Shipping & Handling Policy

Please be patient with us, we are a small business working through COVID challenges just like everyone else. When we are able, expect orders to ship within 1 business day. Please be advised that orders may still be delayed DUE TO COURIERS AND STAFFING SHORTAGES IN CUSTOMS OFFICES, especially outside the United States. In some countries, this delay might be significant. For all US orders, we ask that you allow up to 10 days for delivery from the time your order ships. This is unlikely, but we have been informed that delivery delays can be more significant in certain regions. For international orders, please allow up to 4-6 weeks for delivery. Again we will ship in a timely manner, it is the courier delays that are causing the increased transit times. Please look for your tracking link that is emailed to you immediately after shipping. Below are the standard shipping and handling fees and estimated delivery times for Bunion Bootie based on the destination country.
- All Bunion Bootie orders ship via First Class through the United States Postal Service with order tracking provided (within the US only).
- We do our best to ship all orders within 1-2 business days.
- Once your Bunion Booties ship, you will receive an email confirming the shipping address and with a one-click link to track their package within the US.
- Shipping and Handling comes with limitless exchanges for both US and non-US orders. You will never pay for shipping on exchanged packages we send you!
- If you pay for your order using your Paypal account, please double check the address Paypal has on file for you. We can not be responsible if the order ships to an old or incorrect address saved in Paypal.
DOMESTIC ORDERS – Regularly $6.95 Flat Rate
- Domestic orders typically arrive within 7-10 business days from the time of ordering your Bunion Booties.
- Each order ships for a flat rate of $6.95 regardless of the number of Booties purchased.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (Any Country outside the US) – NOW ONLY $9.95 Flat Rate (Previously $12.95 USD!)
- Due to Customs being unpredictable, it’s difficult to guarantee a delivery date but most people receive their order within 2-4 weeks, although we ask you to wait 5 weeks before contacting us.
- Unfortunately we do not have international tracking available at this time but we are working on it. International orders will still receive the email to verify the address and they will be able to track their package until it leaves the US.
- Each order ships for a flat rate of $9.95 USD regardless of the number of Booties purchased.
- Customer is responsible to pay any applicable taxes and duties charged by their country at customs.
- Bunion Bootie is a non-EU provider with no VAT registration. VAT is not applied to the final checkout total.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please be sure to review the shipping address for your order carefully.
Bunion Bootie does everything it can to ensure an expeditious and safe delivery of your items. If for some reason we have made an error in the shipping address for your order, please contact us right away so that we may work with you to correct it.
If you accidentally provide an incorrect shipping address, Bunion Bootie will be more than happy to re-ship your package once it’s returned to us “Undeliverable” by the United States Postal Service. Unfortunately we can not be responsible for orders not returned to us if the shipping address we were provided was incorrect.
ORDERS SHOWING DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED
Please keep in mind, often the USPS updates the delivery status prematurely. Please wait 48 hours before contacting us once the tracking displays “Delivered” to avoid any confusion. For the majority of cases, packages arrive within 1 business day of the updated status to Delivered. If the item still does not arrive at the correct address, unfortunately until a package is returned to Bunion Bootie, we are unable to refund customers for packages not received. We will however, reship your order to you. Since each circumstance can be unique, management reserves the right to assess and handle each case at their discretion.
