30 Day Returns & Exchange Policy
It typically takes us 1 week for us to process your returned merchandise from the date we receive it, however we ask that our customers wait up to two (2) weeks before contacting us since it can take 3-7 business days for your refund to post back to your original form of payment. After your merchandise is accepted for refund, a credit for the purchase price (less shipping and handling) will be issued in the same form of payment as your original purchase. If you are requesting an exchange, an email will be sent to you once your exchanged items have shipped, complete with tracking information (tracking is not currently available outside the US). Previously exchanged items returned for a refund must be postmarked within 2 weeks (14 days) of the delivery date with all original packaging, documentation, and accessories in order to be considered for a product refund.

- Send your package back using the shipper of your choice. we encourage our customers to return the items with either delivery confirmation or insure the package for the full value of the merchandise. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for returns lost/damaged in transit.
- Returns sent to our Nevada address or with insufficient postage may be returned to you or experience a significant delay.
Discounted Purchase Return/Exchange
Any products originally sold under a promotion or discount price structure will be refunded at the discounted amount. For example if an order for 2 different products is placed and one is returned, the discounted item will be the one refunded. Exchanges will follow the normal exchange process below.
BunionBootie.com makes exchanging items easy. Please complete the return/exchange form on the back of the packing slip included with your order. Indicate both the item(s) being returned for exchange as well as the new item(s) desired. If you would like to exchange items for other items with a higher cost, please include payment or we will be glad to charge a credit card you provide on the form. If you would like to exchange an item for a lower priced product, following inspection of the received items, we will return the difference to you in accordance with our return policy. Please allow up to 1Â week for us to process your exchange once we receive your request. Once your exchanged order ships you will receive a shipping notification via email.
BunionBootie.com does everything it can to get your order to you in an efficient and timely manner. Upon receipt, should you choose to refuse delivery of the shipment, and allow the shipment to be returned to us, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. If you received a Free Shipping promotion, the shipping and order processing fees that would have been charged, will also be deducted from your refund. If you paid the usual shipping and order processing fees associated with your orders, these will not be refunded as per our regular Return policy.
When returning a gift for refund, at this time, BunionBootie.com is only able to provide the refund directly to the purchaser of the gift. If you would like to exchange your gift for another item, we will be glad to do so. Please refer to our exchange policy.
Under our returns policy, pending inspection, BunionBootie.com can accept returns for most merchandise for up to 30 days from the date your order ships, and we will be pleased to issue a refund of your purchase price minus all shipping and order processing fees, which are not refundable. Returns received after 30 days may be returned to you with no refund issued and a late returns processing fee may be charged. Please email Customer Service if you have any questions regarding our Returns policy at CustomerService@BunionBootie.com. Requests for the merchandise to be returned to you must be received within 14 days of our email to you (via the email address we received with your original order) stating that your request for a refund can not be honored.
Incorrect Merchandise Received
If you received an item in error, please contact our Customer Service Department at email@example.com immediately for further instructions on how to return this item so that we may provide you with the item you originally requested.
Damaged/Defective Merchandise Returns
