"First off, let me start by saying I ordered a small and I wear a women's size 8.5 or 9 med shoe, or 39 euro. The small fit nicely, giving me just the right amount of tension I was looking for. I have had both bunions removed before, and the one on my right foot is coming back and I am doing everything I can to avoid another surgery, This seems to have "taken the edge off" the pain, if you know what I mean.
