There's nothing to send back, but review our Fit Factors below,
you might find that you just need to "break in" the Bunion Bootie 🙂
What's Bugging You?
-
The Seam is Uncomfortable
Our Bunion Booties are sewn by hand. Some people find the inside seam of the toe to be uncomfortable. A quick and easy fix is to turn them inside out and put them on the other foot. Want to try the opposite foot to see if that works? Complete this QUICK FORM. We'll get that out to you ASAP!
-
Too Tight
Bunion Booties will relax after a few wears but not continue to stretch out. We suggest starting with 1-2 hours as comfortable, and working up.
-
There's No Padding
Isn't that great! 🙂 Our Bunion Booties are suited for athletes and active lifestyles that do not want the added bulk and pressure on their already too tight shoes, and sensitive bunions.
If you are disappointed and want a refund, no problem!
-
It's Too Flimsy!
This is intentional 🙂
Bunion Booties were designed for those who want to stay active while gently correcting the position of their big toe. Our customers wanted something sleek and comfortable that could be worn discreetly & easily in any shoe.
Not for you? No problem!

My toenail hurts
If you're going for a snug corrective fit, definitely keep your big toe nail short. It's just way more comfortable for your big "piggy".
FIT FACTORS
-
Hot Temperatures
Feet swell when they get warm/hot, this will undoubtedly impact the fit. Many users limit wear time in hot temps, or wear a larger size during hot summer months.
-
Long Days on Your Feet
As with heat, being on your feet for long periods including standing, walking, or running, creates minor swelling in your feet, and may impact the fit.
-
Day or Night Wear
Most people prefer a size larger to wear to bed at night. If it's too snug it tends to wake the wearer up during the night.
-
Foot Shape
Not all feet are equal, including your left & right foot.
Narrow feet versus EEE widths, feet with long toes versus short, all might require an adjustment in sizing for maximized comfort.
-
Bunion Level
Bunion deformity may impact sizing as those with mild bunions (less big toe displacement) might prefer a smaller size than someone with more advanced bunions.
-
Pre-Existing Conditions
Diabetes, prior foot surgeries/injuries can also impact fit. Some like a tight fit, while others can't tolerate it & wear them to protect their bunion from their shoes rubbing.
-
"Break-In Period"
Bunion Booties are expected to relax after the first few weeks of wear, but are not expected to continue to stretch out.
-
Start Slow
We suggest starting with 1-2 hours per day just around the house initially, and working up from there slowly as comfortable.
