We have bunions! As a small group of bunion sufferers, we became exasperated looking for a solution to our bunion pain. Was there a product that would give us relief while we slept? How about help with the constant rubbing of our bunions against our shoes? And could it instantly straighten the alignment of our big toe taking the pressure off of the first MTP joint while being worn? We tried rigid splints, pads, toe spacers all with disappointing results and additional pain to our feet. We were looking for a product that could be worn in a myriad of ways… in our shoes all day while at work, during sports and physical activities, barefoot around the house, and even to bed if we chose to.

After months of searching, we found some interesting products that looked close to what we had been envisioning and began working with the manufacturer to modify their original design to meet our needs. When I become a retailer, are there minimum quantities to buy?

There are no minimum order quantities for our retailers, however, for convenience sake we have put together recommended packages that, based on our sales by size and foot (SKU), will give your practice an ample initial inventory and make having them on hand easy and convenient.

Well, for those who purchase the “Dip My Toe Package” or higher, we will ship you our Bunion Bootie Retail Box. About the size of a football, the box will house your booties, has dividers built-in to separate the booties by left and right feet and custom tabs for the 5 sizes per foot (Extra-Small, Small, Medium, Large and Extra-Large). It even has a place for our complimentary marketing materials if you want to have some printed information for your patients to take home.

For you space efficiency buffs, here is how efficient the packaging and products are; in a less than 1 square foot space in your office, you can have up to 70 Booties (Head Over Heels Package) representing all 10 SKU’s plus marketing materials. That represents potential revenue of $2,376 a foot. Not bad, considering that beats the #3 ranked retailer in the U.S., (based on revenue per square foot) Michael Kors at $1,895/ft. Sadly, our efficiency test lags #2 Tiffany’s at $3,132/ft. and of course Apple Stores at $4,298/ft.

1. Read and Sign Order Form

The Order Form & Agreement is simple and quickly defines our relationship and mutual understanding
It sets up the MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) – if you are going to advertise that you carry Bunion Booties, this establishes the MAP you can publish.

2. Place Initial Order

Page 1 of the Order Form is an order form containing the packages described above, just check the box next to the package you would like and scan it, then email it to us with your signed Order Agreement.

3. We Receive Your Order – we calculate your Bunion Bootie cost then add Postage at our discounted rates – there is no markup.

For U.S. deliveries we use USPS First Class Mail but you can also request Priority Mail.
For Canadian Deliveries –
- We use FedEx for our package orders which allows for tracking of the package and usually arrives between 6-10 business days.The cost is dependent upon the weight of the package but as an example, the cost to ship the “Dip My Toe Package” would be approximately $55.00 USD.
- Customs & Duties – Our Booties fall under a classification where NO Duties and Customs are charged!

4. We Send You an Invoice – you will receive an email letting you know that your invoice is ready. That email contains a link to an on-line invoice and payment system (pretty slick huh?) which can be paid with any major credit card

5. We Receive Payment – once we are notified of payment, your order will be shipped out in 1 – 2 business days…. Simple as that!

6. Deliverables to your office

Custom Retail Box (with orders of 25 Booties or more) with your inventory of Booties.
Box contains sizing guidelines to help staff determine correct sizing
Rack brochure cards to distribute to patients or have in the office – let us know if you need more.
