Bunion Splint Reviews – Can They Be Trusted?
Do you believe everything that you read on the internet? These days anyone can put up some web pages and tout their opinion, and that’s great – here’s to freedom of speech! But before you believe these bunion splint reviews, look deeper at who wrote the review, and what their motivations might be.
Before we site examples, let it be recognized that there is no such thing as a “one size fits all” solution to anyone’s pain or condition. There will always be critics of even what appears to be the best, highest-recommended product, even Bunion Bootie. As a company, we strive to use customer feedback to improve our products and customer service. It’s a “work in progress” and will always be, so we very much value the opportunity to improve our products and process thanks to the feedback of our customers. Unfortunately, we’ve received some online criticism that lacks constructiveness and validity.
One example of web review trickery is the bunion splint review article that at first appears to be an objective, unbiased review of current bunion treatment products available in the marketplace. It’s no coincidence that the first and most favorable review is for Bunion Aid by Alpha Orthotics. Using a public and accurate domain ownership tool called WhoIs.com to make a quick search into who owns www.BunionAdvisor.com revealed the owner of this website is Alpha Orthotics Corp, the very maker of the Bunion Aid bunion splint. Alpha Orthotics created a separate website to distance itself from these articles in order to appear as if they were written by an unbiased third party. No wonder none of the other bunion treatment options rated very well. Additionally, the writer used product photos that did not belong to them (do you notice any missing product photos)?
There’s a lot of information on the internet and, unfortunately, very few sources you can trust. At the end of the day, most of us can trust reputable companies whose lifeblood depends on the reputation they have with their customers. One great example of such a company is Amazon.com. They validate the reviews so you know just who’s actually tried the product that they are reviewing. Here’s a link to the Bunion Bootie review pages where we encourage our buyers and readers to make educated and well-informed decisions about their treatment options.
